Eat whole foods. Avoid foods high in refined oil, fats and sugar. Foods that have high nutrition but little or no calories are good but cannot be the center of your diet or you'll starve. Whole foods tend to be more healthful and processed foods I regard with a bit of suspicion. My favorite foods are

. But, I eat all sorts of fruits and vegetables such as Bell Peppers, Lemons, Papaya, Flax seeds, Sesame seeds, Apples, Spinach, Parsley, Salsa, Tomatoes, Bananas, Grapes, Onions, Cabbage etc.
